Sharing Yoga

Robin has enjoyed nearly 20 years of yoga practice. After encountering Astanga yoga via Ira Hardjosusono she acquired her 200+ hour certification in 2013 at Delight Yoga. In 2019, Robin acquired her 800+ hour certification in Vijnana Yoga, as created by Orit Sen-Gupta and taught by Shirley Woods.

Robin approaches the sharing of yoga with dedication, generosity and humor, and her classes are suitable for every level of student. A lesson will generally include breath exercise (pranayama), energetic physical postures (asana) and meditation. Robin guides participants to experience more mindfulness during their practice – both within and outside their bodies.
